For years, we've celebrated one-pot recipes. And why wouldn't we? Cooking a meal in a single vessel helps to create layers of flavor (not to mention, it leaves us with fewer dishes to wash later on). The thing is, occasionally, we want to be able to decipher our protein from our side dishes.
Enter: the sheet pan dinner. Just arrange all of your ingredients on a single tray and then leave the rest of the work to your oven. Earlier today, Sarah Carey demonstrated a new recipe from our October issue for baked salmon with kale and cabbage. It's a healthy but hearty combination that's a cinch to prepare. Inspired by the ease and elegance of that meal, we decided to round up 4 more of our favorite sheet pan suppers. Read on and let us know what's on your baking sheet!

Chicken Provencal with Vegetables: Inspired by the traditional flavors of Southern France, this simply seasoned recipe allows ingredients' flavors to shine. If you prefer very crisp potatoes, return your pan to the oven after the chicken is done cooking.

Spicy Pork with Parsnips: Does this dish look familiar? This stunning recipe graces the cover of our October issue! The vegetables in this recipe get tossed with watercress, but arugula would work well too.

Rib Eye with Horseradish Butter and Root Vegetables: Create a steakhouse-style meal right in your own kitchen. The horseradish butter adds a pleasantly spicy kick to this recipe.

Sausages with Acorn Squash and Onions: Want a jolly good dinner? Whether you choose sweet or spicy sausages, you can make this pub-style meal in just 30 minutes.
